Who Can Receive FPL Assistance?
Keep the Lights On is available to qualifying individuals with an active FPL account and a past-due power bill. Assistance through the program is available once every two years.
To qualify:
You must have an active FPL account with a past-due balance
You must have had a viable source of income within the last year
Assistance is not available for deposits that are still owed
The application process begins with a telephone screening with Tender Hearts Caring Hands.
