Our Food Pantry is here to provide a helping hand when individuals and families need a little extra support.
Through food assistance, Tender Hearts Caring Hands helps meet a practical need while reminding our neighbors that they’re seen, cared for, and not alone.
(New clients will need an ID and social security card in order to receive this service.)
Project Reconnect
Project Reconnect provides one-way Greyhound bus tickets to individuals who need transportation to reconnect with family or participate in a recovery program outside of Escambia County.
This assistance is available one time per person. To qualify, you’ll need a state-issued ID or homeless ID.

Keep the Lights On exists to help ease that burden.
Through this program, Tender Hearts Caring Hands provides FPL assistance for qualifying individuals with past-due power bills—helping local families keep the lights on and move forward with one less worry.
Homeless Ministry
Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, care, and compassion.
Through our Homeless Ministry, Tender Hearts Caring Hands provides hot meals, hygiene products, and access to homeless IDs for those in our Pensacola community who need a helping hand.
It’s practical support for everyday needs, and another way we can remind people they’re seen and valued.
